Restaurant Jezebel is 'Couture Dining'; never just
off the rack. It is the epitome of a truly chef owned restaurant. There are no
outside business partners. This IS the only Restaurant in Austin that the actual
owner and chef himself prepares every meal and is there open to close. We do not
have line cooks. If Parind is not cooking then the restaurant is closed. Period.
Old world touches abound. Like the occasion, it is a little formal in places but
also comfortably elegant and fun. Fine dining is once again about the food and
the wine. Dining out is an event again. Expect real china & crystal… foie gras &
truffles with unexpected surprises like a massive but reasonably priced wine

Chef Parind
Vora’s mastery of Modern American food encompasses wild game, “Fed-Ex fresh”
seafood and prime grade meats that are augmented by foie gras, artisan cheeses
and fresh truffles.
Restaurant Jezebel

in 2006 by Citysearch Austin in just six months. It is in the heart of Downtown
Austin, at 914 Congress Avenue (1 block from the Capitol building). Fine dining
is elevated at Restaurant Jezebel to its most comfortable level by sacrificing
only the formality and stuffiness. Dining in the presence of numerous and large
original artwork by artist Tom Darrah only enhances the experience of the food
that has been called sensual and intoxicating with its aroma, visual impact and

Rosenthal china and crystal bar ware, Laguiole steak knives and Spiegelau German

started as a tiny jewel box restaurant created as a labour of love in Ruidoso,
NM and as a result of hard work and attention to quality it has evolved into a
world class fine dining restaurant in the Heart of Austin’s vibrant downtown.
We

service type of restaurant. Nobody will interrupt a conversation. No one will
bring you the check unless YOU specifically ask for it. No one rushes right
over as SOON as you sit down to get an order. Take your time. Get settled. We
